At The Wild Daisy Floral Boutique, we care deeply about the quality of our arrangements and your overall experience. Please review our delivery and refund policies below to ensure the best possible service.

🌼 Local Delivery Information

We proudly offer flat-rate delivery to the following locations:

Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Greenwood, Franklin, Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg, Lebanon, Shelbyville, Greenfield, Elwood, Camby, and Mooresville.

• Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday between 8 AM and 6 PM EST

• We do not currently offer nationwide shipping

• Same-day delivery is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate special requests

• Please ensure all delivery address details are correct when placing your order

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will leave the item in a safe, shaded location or attempt to coordinate a secondary drop-off

💐 Subscription Deliveries

For all weekly, biweekly, or monthly subscriptions, your flowers or plants will be delivered based on the frequency selected at checkout. Subscriptions are billed automatically and can be paused, changed, or canceled at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.

💳 Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, all floral and plant sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your order!

If something doesn't look right or there was an issue with your delivery:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Include a photo and brief description of the issue

• We’ll review the concern and do our best to offer a solution (replacement, store credit, or adjustment)

👕 T-Shirt Exchanges

T-shirts may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unworn and unwashed

• You cover return shipping

​

We do not offer refunds for t-shirt purchases unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
